Day 8 - Goodbye
We had little time to do much before we had to leave, but we did get a chance to go to Kilauea Lighthouse for a quick driveby. It's definitely on our list of things to see when we visit again!

Mischa and I saw this boat zooming by while we were packing. It was the
first time I'd actually seen a boat on the ocean on the east shore. They
were going at a fast clip, too.

Yep. The birds were back. It had sprinkled a bit in the morning, so I
can only imagine he's trying to dry out his wing. It was all rather strange.

What's this?!? Yep, I actually entrusted Mischa with the camera while he
took this picture of Scott and I just before we left.
I'm ready to go back to Kauai! |
