Legoland!
Carlsbad, CA
I am a lego fanatic, so I was depressed that they chose to make a Legoland in California AFTER I moved to Washington. However, I did get a chance to check it out during my vacation and it was quite cool! The rides are aimed at younger children, but it was still fun.

There is a safari area of the park that is filled with lego animals, it was extremely cool! It almost looks like a lego zoo..

An elephant takes a dip in the lake
while flamingos stand around
a pelican briefly pauses before flight
And a chimp hangs from a bar

Miniland, USA is one of the coolest features of the park. They had various cities represented in lego including San Francisco, New York, New Orleans, and Oceanside, CA (near Legoland).

The new york skyline was very well done Here Santa and his reindeer fly around the MetLife building It almost looks real..
Lego city life A central park building (I think) These apartment tenants go downstairs to New Wok and Mad Wax
Carousel in Central Park New York skyline and statue of liberty New York skyline at night
This poor duck kept getting chased by lego boats in New Orleans
Cool Observatory in SF.
We went to this Ruby's in Oceanside to eat after visiting the park
Here, a lego symphony plays.. (they actually pipe music through for all the various things)
The San Francisco skyline
Ahh, the Golden Gate Lego Bridge, highly impressive!

Here are pictures from various things around the park. I didn't get any pictures of the rides, unfortunately.
