Winterblast is a fireworks convention held in Arizona every year by the Western Pyrotechnic Association. This is the first year I've gone, although my brother has gone annualy for at least 5 years. It was awesome! There is an area set up where you can buy and set off fireworks, make your own, take classes, and watch other people do all of the above. On Saturday night, a professional display is done that is just incredible, and as a WPA member you get to sit as close as possible, so the fireworks are literally going off over your head. I hope to go back next year, but for now, here are the pictures.
